Need an Official Record?
Send a Mercer County request to the custodian for the specific product:
- Police reports: ask the municipal or state agency that created the incident file
- Filed court records: use the court case search route or Clerk of Courts, Suite 112, 724-662-3800 ext. 2248
- Jail and booking material: contact Mercer County Jail, 55 Thompson Road, Mercer
- County administrative records: use the Open Records Office in Suite 103
- Rap sheets and official checks: order the appropriate PSP repository product
- Expungement or limited access: file through the court that handled the case
